CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) Mike has earned 3 AS Degrees from College of the Redwoods in 2001 as well as 1 BS Degree in Business Administration minor Economics from Humboldt State University in 2003. On top of his list of accomplishments he has also received an Institute of Technology Universal EPA and Certification for HVAC 2016. He started with the company in 2014 in equipment sales, office administration, and currently oversees Compliance/Safety and HVAC division for BSI.

OFFICE MANAGER Anthony is an experienced and highly organized construction office manager. He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for the daily operations of the office. He primary responsibilities include managing accounts payable, overseeing clerical staff, monitoring budgets, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Anthony excels at problem-solving and takes great pride in providing effective solutions for whatever challenge he encounters. He is experienced in establishing efficient office procedures and is able to juggle multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.

SR. PROJECT MANAGER Brandon is an experienced Construction Project Manager and Estimator with 30+ years of industry experience. He has been a professional framer for over 10 years, working with both large and small scale projects. Brandon is an accomplished leader in the construction business, providing his expertise, and knowledge to ensure all projects are completed on time and in budget. He has an extensive background managing a broad range of construction-related services, including all aspects of pre-construction, operations, general contracting, and business development. Brandon is committed to client satisfaction and consistently meets or exceeds their demands. He is known for his communication and problem solving skills and has a history of building strong relationships with clients and industry professionals alike.

SITE FOREMAN Charles is a highly experienced construction site Foreman with over 30 years of experience leading and motivating skilled tradespeople on commercial, industrial and residential projects. A dedicated and team-oriented individual, Charles is instrumental in the successful delivery of construction projects of all sizes.
Charles began his career in construction as a laborer in his early twenties, working his way up the ladder through his hard work, dedication and ability to get jobs done safely, efficiently and on time. His rise to Foreman was swift - within eight years, he had mastered the role and supervisory responsibilities required to oversee entire sites.
Today, Charles draws on his wealth of experience to plan, schedule, and coordinate the execution of complex construction projects, ensuring that the most efficient and cost-effective strategies are used. He's highly knowledgeable in all areas of project management and is experienced in implementing safety protocols as well as overseeing labor, equipment, material and vendor coordination.
Charles is known for his extraordinary interpersonal and management abilities, effectively leading and mentoring others, and providing direct and thorough instruction on various job duties. He consistently demonstrates the ability to motivate others and ensure projects stay on target, while building positive relationships with those at all levels of the organization.

He has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and professionalism, often going above and beyond in delivering successful projects. He is an expert in the effective use of resources, knowing when to get the most value out of each asset and when to look for new solutions. Dave is proactive when dealing with obstacles, always looking for creative solutions that keep projects on track. He is passionate about seeing projects through to fruition, no matter how small or large they may be. With a passion for problem solving,
Dave’s unparalleled expertise stems from his depth of knowledge in project management, asset care and maintenance, and construction management. He has worked for some of the leading construction firms in Shasta County and served in various leadership roles throughout his career.
His intricate understanding of the overall construction asset lifecycle process allows him to effectively manage projects from cradle to grave while ensuring optimum cost management. He has been praised in the past for his commitment to integrity, understanding of building requirements and safety, adherence to construction schedules, as well as his ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors alike.
